| - Experience in substance se | |
| or public health field | |
| preferred | |
| - Must possess valid MS | |
| driver's license with | |
| satisfactory driving record | |

| - Utilizes funds in accordance | |
| with grant guidelines; | |
| charged with fiscal | |
| responsibility of all ATOD | |
