What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers due for maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Contact customers who have missed or canceled appointments.
- Re-engage inactive customers and build long-term loyalty.
- Communicate through phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
- Help maintain a full appointment schedule for our service advisors.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

- Make 100 outbound customer calls per day.
- Schedule 15–20 quality service appointments daily.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Help increase customer retention and service department growth.
- Work closely with service advisors and management to exceed dealership goals.
