Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a professional demeanor and assisting with inquiries
- Accurately calculating and collecting payments for automotive services, parts, and products
- Effectively operating cash registers, credit card machines, and other payment-related equipment
- Verifying and reconciling invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency with delivered services or products
- Responsible cash handling, including counting and verifying cash drawer at start and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to management on time
- Able to work Mostly Nights (after 3pm), some days (7:00-3:00pm) and rotate Saturdays.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED.
