Automotive PDI/Maintenance technician union shop

Pine Belt Cadillac is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Technician to join our service team. This position is responsible for performing new vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) as well as routine maintenance and service repairs, ensuring every Cadillac meets our high standards before delivery to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform new vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) in accordance with Cadillac and factory guidelines

Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and fluid services

Diagnose and perform light to moderate mechanical repairs

Accurately document all work performed on repair orders

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Adhere to all safety, quality, and union work standards

Take multipoint inspection videos for customers using a supplied device

Qualifications:

Prior automotive technician experience preferred

Basic diagnostic and mechanical repair skills

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

ASE and/or GM certifications are a plus, but not required
