Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to lead our third-year (5–6 years) classroom. The ideal candidate is committed to Montessori philosophy, brings creativity and patience to the classroom, and values collaboration within a supportive school community.
Responsibilities
- Lead a mixed-age Montessori kindergarten classroom
- Prepare and maintain a structured, engaging learning environment
- Support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development
- Observe and assess student progress
- Communicate effectively with families and staff
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school programming
Qualifications
- Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with children ages 5–6
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for Montessori education

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- School hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
