This hybrid role is essential to keeping in-house surgery days running smoothly and ensuring patients move efficiently through the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing patient flow to keep the daily schedule on time.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling appointments and handling front desk responsibilities.
- Working closely with the administrative team to ensure daily and long-term goals are met.
- Maintaining a professional, calm, and organized environment for patients.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant experience. Certification as MA required for clinical position.
- Prior experience in a medical or surgical setting strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
