Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team. This is a physically active, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, consistency, and strong work ethic.
This is not a “show up and coast” job — it’s for someone who takes pride in doing solid, honest work every day.
Responsibilities
- Service residential and/or commercial pools on a scheduled route
- Test and balance pool chemicals
- Clean pools (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
- Maintain accurate service records
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability is non-negotiable (show up on time, every day)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor daily
- Attention to detail — small things matter in this role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous pool experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
