What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the arcade floor—supporting and coaching your team throughout your shift
- Deliver 5-star guest experiences (even during peak chaos)
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Keep the arcade clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle cash, registers, and payment controls with accuracy
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
What It Takes to Win
- 2 years of leadership or supervisor experience (retail, entertainment, restaurant, etc.)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Professional, positive attitude under pressure
- Strong communication with guests, parents, kids, and your team
- Reliable, flexible, and adaptable
Bonus Points
- Food service experience
- TABC or Food Handler certification
- Tech/computer skills or troubleshooting experience
