We're building a premium indoor golf club featuring private memberships, state-of-the-art simulator technology, professional instruction, and a connected retail experience. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our flagship location and help grow one of the most innovative golf concepts in the country.
What You'll Do
- Lead all daily operations of Pin Club and the attached retail showroom.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive membership growth and retention.
- Manage retail sales, simulator showroom operations, and customer service.
- Coordinate instruction, leagues, tournaments, and special events.
- Build relationships with local businesses and golf organizations.
- Monitor financial performance and key operating metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, first-class facility.
Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in golf, hospitality, retail, or sports management.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for golf and customer service.
- Experience managing budgets and teams.
