Account Coordinator
Full-Time / Salary Commission
Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 Remote)
Location: NYC Garment District
Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (TOE: $55,000 – $70,000)

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, interact directly with clients, and gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, production, and client strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Joining client calls and capturing key notes and action items
- Supporting Account Executives with active client accounts
- Managing orders from quote to delivery (timelines, approvals, tracking)
- Creating job tickets, updating trackers, and collecting sample photos
- Placing and tracking orders in internal systems
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Accounting and Marketing
- Preparing billing documentation and supporting monthly close-outs
- Participating in brainstorming sessions, client support, and team projects
- Helping ensure clients feel informed, confident, and excited to work with us
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in customer service, account support, or B2B roles preferred
- Strong communication skills (email, phone, and internal collaboration)
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- A proactive mindset—you identify problems and help solve them
