PURPOSE
The Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks on the production line, ensuring that production requirements and standards are consistently met while maintaining a high level of quality, speed, and accuracy. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the production team to achieve all production goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

As assigned by manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met by following instructions communicated through job tickets and/or verbally
- Strive to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet all production goals
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks, ensuring all work is accurate
- Pack goods to be shipped
- Maintain work areas and equipment; ensure production area and warehouse are neat and pathways are clear
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
