We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor interested in starting a career as part of our Warehouse team at PIM’s Somerset site in New Jersey.

• 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in food/beverage manufacturing, CPG, or high-volume distribution.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP/SQF, allergen handling, lot/expiry controls, and OSHA safety.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Blue Yonder) and RF scanning.
• Proven track record delivering OTIF, inventory accuracy 98%, and productivity improvements.
• Experience managing teams across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and data-driven problem solving.

Physical Demands/ Essential Job functions

Demands include standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, kneeling and crouching; manual dexterity of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools and controls. Reasonable accommodations will be evaluated and considered to enable an individual to perform the essential job functions.

Work Environment

Job will generally be performed in the manufacturing plant. When on the plant floor it is representative of a large, busy manufacturing operation. Noisy, active, objects on the floor, constant movement and traffic flow of motorized equipment. Hair net, beard net, assigned work uniform, protective eye wear and gloves are among the GMP required apparel that must be worn, if indicated, on the plant floor.

• The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is located in Somerset, New Jersey
• The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• This position requires working onsite.
