Role Description
This part-time hybrid role based in Ormond Beach, FL, involves providing administrative support for the efficient operation of day-to-day activities. The Administrative Assistant will handle tasks such as scheduling, managing communications, maintaining records, performing clerical duties, and ensuring effective coordination between teams. The role allows for work flexibility, with some tasks performed remotely and others onsite as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, organize files, and ensure efficient workflow
- Proficient in Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting leadership with reports, correspondence, and coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative support is an advantage
- Familiarity with the aviation or education industry is a plus
