Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Inventory Control is responsible for leading inventory management strategies that ensure accurate inventory records, optimize stock levels, minimize losses, and support efficient supply chain operations. This role oversees inventory control teams, develops policies and procedures, analyzes inventory performance, and partners with operations, procurement, finance, logistics, and warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor inventory control managers, supervisors, and analysts.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
- Analyze inventory metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, logistics, and finance teams to maintain inventory integrity.
- Oversee inventory audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and recommend system enhancements.
- Develop KPIs and prepare executive reports on inventory performance.
Other Functions:
- Special projects- where needed individual will be required to be involved in company initiatives~ deadstock review, onboarding or offboarding of new properties
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross functional leadership abilities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
