- Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Understanding of DOT, safety, and environmental regulations related to fleet maintenance and shop operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills to prioritize repairs and meet operational needs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and management, and to document work performed accurately.
