We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service General Manager to joinour team. As the Food Service General Manager, you will be responsible foroverseeing all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring exceptionalcustomer experiences, and driving business growth.
Lead and manage all food service operations, including kitchen, dining areas, and catering services
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while adhering to budgetary guidelines
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
Recruit, train, and supervise food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed business decisions
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experiences and achieve organizational goals
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
