Construction Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects, expediting materials, overseeing inspections, and managing logistics. This role will be based in Pleasant Grove, UT, with flexibility for some remote work after demonstrated period of performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from the earliest stages of takeoff through installation.
• Work directly with General Contractors and Subcontractors
• Manage freight budgets and installation crews as needed.
• Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Work near a shop and manufacturing environment
• Travel to job sites across the U.S bi-weekly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in large-scale building construction
• Previous experience managing subcontractors
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, Experience in expediting, logistics management, and project management
• Ability to oversee inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
• Experience in managing people to ensure compliance and quality of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
