This role coordinates projects, manages documentation, supports compliance efforts, tracks departmental initiatives, and serves as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure efficient business operations and successful execution of key priorities.

Job Description
The purpose of this Knoxville, TN-based (on site ) job is to provide administrative and operational support across the legal and retail technology functions. This role coordinates projects, manages documentation, supports compliance efforts, tracks departmental initiatives, and serves as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure efficient business operations and successful execution of key priorities.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and maintain legal, retail, and technology-related records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support project planning, tracking, and execution across multiple departments.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, and document retention requirements.
- Manage contract routing, approval workflows, and vendor documentation.
- Maintain and support contract execution process (through CLM or Jira, as required), ensuring timely review, and execution.
- Execute Docusigns as needed.
- Track project timelines, action items, and departmental deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
- Complete other duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
