Skills crucial to this position will include excellent writing ability, organization, attention to detail, an ability to quickly adapt to and accommodate client priorities, aptitude for active listening so as to accurately capture high-level discussions, creativity around improving internal practices and work products, a calm and collegial work style, and the ability to juggle numerous tasks with competing deadlines.
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in government, industry, consulting, or the legal profession is preferred.
Washington DC pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience, is $105k - $120k.

Primary Responsibilities

- Preparing agendas for key internal and external meetings with clients and key partners
- Taking notes during these meetings, and preparing readouts and lists of due-outs
- Preparing talking points and briefing materials as needed for SAPG leadership
- Maintaining a tracker of all items requiring SAPG action, and keeping staff accountable for deadlines
- Contributing as needed to team and client-facing work products
- Providing research assistance in support of team and client requests
- Proofreading and editing key SAPG documents for quality control
- Taking initiative to help SAPG staff better support clients and partners
- Passing messages and correspondence on behalf of SAPG leadership
