The Conflict Analyst is responsible for research and analysis of incoming business and ensuring ethical compliance of the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines presented by the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
- Research incoming business and provide analysis based upon ethical rules.
- Provide potential conflicts issues and advise on potential resolutions for said issues.
- Juris Doctor
- 1-2 years’ experience in the Risk Management field.
- Familiarity with rules governing conflicts of interest in relevant jurisdictions.
- Practical legal experience in a large corporate law firm.
- Detailed knowledge of business needs in a professional service environment.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Successful project management skills and experience.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret, understand and prepare complex written material clearly and succinctly.
- Exceptional research and analysis skills.
- Understanding of the Rules of Professional Responsibility and ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Ability to identify changes and shift as workflow demands.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Dun & Bradstreet Company Research and various Business Intake systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
