Position Overview
As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement into technical, quality, or engineering positions.
Shifts Available
- Night Shift: 7:30pm – 7:45am (12-hour rotating schedule)
- Includes scheduled weekends and overtime opportunities.
- This role requires consistent, reliable attendance due to our team-based production environment.

What You'll Do
- Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently
- Inspect and package plastic parts
- Perform basic measurements and quality checks
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Document production output and quality checks
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift up to 30lbs
- Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating schedule
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Willing to learn and grow
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required!
