The Opportunity

Pillar4 Media is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join its fast-growing team.

As a member of the Product team, you'll work closely with senior leadership and other team members to wireframe, design, and launch UX/UI improvements across channels and platforms to improve customer experience and conversion rate. We are also looking for someone with skills in graphic design and copyediting as many of our designers wear multiple hats and work across a variety of initiatives.

You'll work closely with our editorial, SEO, Product, and Web Developmemt teams to create best-in-class digital experiences for our users.

What You'll Be Doing

The UX/UI Designer Will

  • Brainstorm, wireframe, and develop data-driven designs to create best-in-class digital experiences across commercial marketing funnels and channels, including organic search, social, display, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with product owners, SEO specialists, web developers and editorial teams to understand user behavior and conversion journeys, and translate those insights into effective design structures and supporting visuals.
  • Make smart UX design recommendations to improve on-site page conversion and revenue
  • Create wireframes and page requirements to support new site launches or page template redesigns informed by our data and competitive research
  • Apply user-centered design principles and practices, accessibility and web heuristics, and usability standards to all deliverables

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma (required)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UX design principles and strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A sharp eye for details related to visual design interface execution
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once and self-direct timelines
  • Familiarity working in a challenging, fast-paced environment

The Package
