Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Home Inspector role located in Tucson, AZ, covering Pima, Santa Cruz and Cochise Counties. The Home Inspector will conduct property inspections to assess the condition of residential properties, providing detailed and accurate inspection reports. Responsibilities include working closely with clients and real estate professionals, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and company guidelines. Inspectors will also assist clients in understanding their reports and identifying any potential areas of concern.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction, Property Inspections, Inspection, or Property Management
- Strong New Business Development and networking skills
- Excellent Customer Service and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of building systems and construction processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform inspections, including climbing ladders and entering attics or crawl spaces
- Certifications in home inspection or related fields are a plus
- Termite inspection certification a plus
- Bilingual with good communication skills in Spanish a plus
- Good working with technology, using computers and workpads.
