- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties to assess structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other key systems.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with clients to explain inspection results and answer any questions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and inspection procedures.
- Valid home inspector association certification (ASHI, CREIA, NACHI).
- Strong understanding of residential construction and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce thorough, accurate inspection reports.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $3,000.00 to $7,000.00 depending on experience and workload.
