The LANG Team of Pillar to Post is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Home Inspector to join our team in Upland as a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions by thoroughly assessing residential properties and providing comprehensive home inspection reports. We need a home inspector immedaitely to plug into our busy schedule.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and some commercial properties including the structure, roof, plumbing, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, and more.
- Perform pool inspections, sewer scopes, and mold assessments as needed.
- Prepare detailed and easy-to-understand inspection reports for clients.
- Communicate findings and answer clients’ questions during or after inspections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
- Use specialized tools and technology to accurately assess property conditions.
- Previous experience as a home inspector is MANDATORY
- Certified inspector through ASHI, CREIA, or interNACHI
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, systems, and safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability Monday through Saturday to perform home inspections.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Competitive monthly compensation between $5,000.00 and $7,000.00.
- 6-paid holidays
