What You’ll Do
- Perform residential home inspections following Pillar To Post standards
- Clearly explain findings to buyers, sellers, and agents
- Use industry-leading inspection software and reporting tools
- Maintain a professional, customer-friendly presence on site
- Travel locally to inspections (no overnight travel)

What We’re Looking For
- Background in construction, trades, maintenance, engineering, or inspections preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical clients
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
