Many successful inspectors come from backgrounds such as construction, maintenance, trades, property management, military, or emergency services, but we will train the right candidate.
Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do

Inspect residential homes and evaluate major systems including roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

Use inspection software to create clear reports for homebuyers, sellers and realtors

Explain findings to clients and real estate professionals in a professional, easy-to-understand way

Represent Pillar To Post with excellent customer service
The Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and access attics and crawl spaces
