Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Panel Engagement Coordinator to support the closeout phase of our healthcare market research studies and assist with patient communication for online survey-based projects. This role involves reaching out to patients who participated in or were contacted for previous studies, encouraging future participation, and supporting engagement throughout online survey research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to manage patient outreach and tracking across multiple studies.
Currently, the work will involve four days in the Somerset office for most weeks, more or less to be determined by Management. Initial training period may require 5 days in the office until individual is capable of working solo.
Responsibilities:
Patient Outreach:
- Contact patients involved in or contacted for past studies to thank them, gather feedback, and gauge interest in future opportunities.
- Assist with final reporting and documentation to help close out ongoing research studies.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-up efforts in internal tracking systems.
Online Survey Communication Support:
- Communicate with patients participating in online survey studies to provide instructions, reminders, and answer any logistical or technical questions.
- Monitor response rates and follow up with non-responders to maximize survey completion.
- Provide real-time updates to internal teams on survey participation and any patient issues or questions.
- Ensure communication aligns with study protocols and maintains data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging.
What we are looking for:
- Highly proficient in managing and utilizing a database system; skilled in field configuration, data accuracy, and a strong understanding of maintaining consistent, and well-organized information
- Knowledge of online survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar) is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and follow-ups.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or other data privacy regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience in patient communication, panel recruitment, market research, or customer service is preferred.
- Patient-centric with a warm and professional communication style comfortable initiating outreach and managing patient relationships
