Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 6pm to 6am.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

You are the most important link in your residents' care! You will:

• Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance

• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude

• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed

• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team

• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Holds a current Nurses’ Aide Certificate from the State of iowa
