Who We Serve:
We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals ages 2–21 with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Developmental Delays
- Down Syndrome
- Adjustment Disorders and more
Our ABA approach is evidence-based, rooted in compassion, and focused on real-world results. Services are offered in all of our client's natural environments: school, daycare, home, community, center.
Your Role as a BCBA:
You’ll play a key role in leading high-quality behavioral programs that truly change lives. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Training and supervising Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Coaching and supporting caregivers
- Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals
- Monitoring progress with data-driven strategies
- Reporting directly to the Clinical Director
What You’ll Need:
- PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- 4 years experience in ABA with youth
- 2 years as a practicing BCBA
- A passion for making a lasting difference
