Responsibilities
Greet patients and assist with general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Perform accurate data entry while maintaining patient confidentiality
Deliver excellent customer service to patients and support the pharmacy team
Regularly review and update over-the-counter (OTC) pricing
Monitor and track top-selling OTC items to ensure timely reordering
Alert the pharmacist when medications are nearing out-of-stock status
Manage product bundles and special promotions
Proactively inform patients about relevant OTC options based on seasonal needs and current promotions
Gather customer feedback on OTC products to support inventory decisions and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a pharmacy setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform accurate data entry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn pharmacy workflows and OTC product knowledge
