What You’ll Do
- Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site execution
- Lead and mentor project teams, including Superintendents
- Conduct weekly OAC meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
- Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Provide accurate financial and schedule reporting to leadership
- Coordinate closely with Estimating, Accounting, and field teams
- Conduct site walk-throughs to monitor progress, safety, and quality
- Ensure projects hit milestones while maintaining high standards of workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong preference for candidates coming from a general contractor
- Multifamily experience is a strong plus, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple large projects (up to $30M each)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and construction management software
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 6 overnights per month)
