**Job Title:** Shipping Clerk
The Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping operations. Key responsibilities include billing out trucks after loading, verifying load completeness according to customer orders, and entering necessary data into our computer system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Verify loads for accuracy and completeness before billing truck drivers.
- Enter data into the computer to print bills for truck drivers.
- Record tub count information (sent and received) in the computer system.
- Create USDA labels as needed.
- Monitor box scanning progress to ensure all boxes are scanned.
- Assist with loading as required.
- Perform minor repairs on computer/printer or contact the Business Systems Technician for assistance.
- Organize and prepare orders prior to the start of each shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and supervision.
