JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Individual must be able to read and write English
- Must have good math skills
- Must have good attendance
- Must be able to work safely
- Must be dependable
- Knowledge of Excel, Power point, and Microsoft Word preferred.
- Must have good leadership skills and be able to deal with all types of work situations.
- Previous experience in the poultry industry is preferred
- Must be able to work shift assigned when needed
- Individual must have good communication skills and able to work well with others
- Individual must be able to work without close supervision
- Individual must have good reasoning skills
