Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our production team as a Production Hourly. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing product using tools, manual labor, and equipment in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim's Company product standards and procedures.
- Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
- Monitor equipment operation and report any malfunctions or safety issues to relevant personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
