This partner acts as aback-upfor the receiving/warehouse operator and control operator. Must be able to operate the automated receiving, batching and pelleting systems, organize the feed mill warehouse, and safely operate the locomotive used to move railcars. Responsible for QA assurance of all bulk, bagged and liquid products received, and finished feeds produced. Also responsible for daily housekeeping duties.

Work Experience:No previous experienceis needed.
Technical Skills:Some computer skill are required.
Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions and policy/procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence.
Math Skills:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages and volume.
Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

- Complete daily housekeeping tasks and ensure cleanliness of all areas of feed mill.
- Ensure proper product are stored in designated places.
- Rotate stock in compliance with the warehouse rotation policy.
- Unload bulk, liquid and warehouse trucks, and rail cars and unit trains as needed.
- Operate pelleting, grinding, and batching equipment as needed.
- Obtain forklift license,weighman’slicense, andTracMobile certification.
- Be able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights up to 200 ft., and operate pallet jack.
- Class B license a plus but not required.
