Feed Mill Supervisor Location: Sumter, SC, United States Date Posted: Jul 8, 2026 Category: Live Operations Description Feed Mill Supervisor GENERAL SUMMARY: Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility. ***Must be willing to work 2nd shift. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor feed sampling. Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly. Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill. Match feed delivery tickets, etc. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions. EDUCATION: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience. Why Work for Pilgrim’s?
