- Receive finished product and place in designated cooler locations
- Ensure proper FIFO(First In, First Out) rotation of all product
- Verify product labels, dates, and quantities for accuracy
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of cooler storage areas
- Monitor cooler temperatures and report deviations immediately
- Remove damaged, expired ,or non-conforming product
- Communicate over-runs and product that is unable to ship
- Operate pallet jack
- Follow all food safety, USDA and company policies
- Keep aisles clear and maintain safe working conditions
- Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs
- Frequent bending ,reaching, and pulling
- Work in cold wet environment
- Ability to push/pull pallet jack
- Maintain proper product rotation
- Ensure cooler organization at all times
- Minimize product damage and loss
- Support production flow efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory handling
