We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Fitness Center Manager Part Time to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
What You’ll Do:
- Leads fitness classes and exercise programs for senior residents.
- Supervises and trains Fitness Center staff on safe exercise practices and resident care.
- Assists residents with workout plans, equipment use, and exercise progress tracking.
- Monitors equipment safety, resident health needs, and reports maintenance issues.
- Supports teamwork, safety practices, and organizational goals within the community.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- College degree in Sports Science or related field preferred.
- Current personal trainer certification preferred.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Experience working with seniors in exercise programs preferred.
- Ability to manage staff with strong confidentiality and sound judgment skills.
