- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Handle cash register operations, cashiering duties, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor employee performance, and facilitate training & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, store policies, and customer service protocols
- Collaborate with management on marketing efforts and sales management strategies
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, retail math, and store management software
- Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, and team management techniques
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills combined with strong time management abilities
