Birthday Party Attendant & Field Trip Assistant

Love working with kids and bringing joy to others? Join our team! We’re looking for friendly, dependable, hands-on people to help make birthday parties and field trips welcoming, fun, and organized.
You’ll help families enjoy their celebrations and work alongside our staff to give visiting students and teachers a memorable camp experience. Apply for just Birthday Party attendant, Field trip assitant or both!
Responsibilities
Birthday Party Attendant
- Greet families and help them get settled.
- Help set up party spaces, supplies, and activities.
- Assist parents and children throughout the party.
- Occasionally help run specialized party activities, such as setting up and assisting with arts and crafts.
- Handle trash, clean up, and prepare spaces for the next event.
Field Trip Assistant
- Work alongside the staff coordinating each field trip.
- Welcome and assist visiting children and teachers.
- Run small-group games and activities, with instructions provided ahead of time.
- Encourage participation and help children feel included.
- Help with activity setup, transitions, and cleanup.
Skills & Qualifications
- Enjoys working with children and creating fun, welcoming experiences.
- Communicates well with children, parents, teachers, and coworkers.
- Is dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
- Is comfortable helping lead small-group games and activities with instructions provided.
- Takes initiative and pitches in with setup, trash removal, and cleanup.
- Is patient, flexible, and able to stay calm when events get busy.
- Works well as part of a team.
Experience with children through babysitting, camp, childcare, coaching, or volunteering is helpful. We provide training for party responsibilities and field trip activities.
Schedule & Availability
Birthday parties primarily take place on weekends. Field trips typically take place during the day on Fridays.
