What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service to every guest
- Guide guests through our food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail menus with confidence
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards (Bartenders)
- Serve food and beverages with accuracy and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and close checks accurately
- Answer the phone professionally and assist guests with reservations and to-go orders when needed
- Complete restroom checks and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant
- Work alongside hosts, bussers, kitchen team members, and leadership to ensure smooth service
- Complete opening, running side work, and closing duties
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude
