Production Scheduler
Pilatus is hiring a Production Scheduler to join our team in Broomfield, CO. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to optimize resource utilization, identify schedule risks, and ensure on-time delivery. What you do
- Develops, maintains, and manages detailed production schedules in alignment with the master aircraft delivery schedule and company objectives
- Analyzes aircraft specifications, project requirements, labor availability, and resource capacity to establish realistic production plans and schedules
- Coordinates workflow and schedule activities across multiple departments including Seating, Fabrication, Pre-Assembly, Installation, Paint, Avionics, Structures, Aircraft Maintenance, and Component Repair
- Evaluates production capacity, labor loading, and departmental constraints to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
- Monitors work-in-process, schedule adherence, and milestone completion to ensure production targets and customer delivery commitments are achieved
- Works closely with department leaders to assess progress, identify risks, and develop recovery plans for schedule disruptions
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, or project scheduling experience; aerospace or aviation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of production scheduling principles, capacity planning, resource loading, and workflow management
- Familiarity with aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, completions, or FAA-regulated environments preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of attention to detail
- 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus
- 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9, 600 annually
- Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2, 250 for single coverage and $3, 000 for family coverage annually

- The salary range for this position is $69,200 - $94,018 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
