Facilities Construction Project Manager
Pilatus is hiring a Facilities Construction Project Manager to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our U.S. facility construction projects. A successful person in this position will ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you do
• Provides personal project oversight to maintain a detailed knowledge of the projects in process in various U.S. locations
• Reviews all plans and specifications for completeness, accuracy, and constructability and provides reporting to the company and architect
• Provides design consultation and participates in design reviews throughout the construction process
• Conducts thorough document reviews, including plans, specifications, and contracts
• Maintains communication with the steering committee, design-build team, and contractors to ensure alignment and accountability
• Develops and maintains a complete project record containing all plans, photos, records, and documentation
