What you do
- Performance of aircraft inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations in accordance with FAA regulations and approved maintenance procedures
- Leadership, technical guidance, and training of Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and junior maintenance personnel
- Oversight of work orders, maintenance documentation, airworthiness requirements, and regulatory compliance activities
- Performance of aircraft operational checks, ground runs, and IFR certifications as required
- Primary technical support for technicians, customers, and internal departments regarding complex maintenance issues and troubleshooting
- Support of root cause analysis, technical research, and procedural improvements to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency
- Coordination with Quality, Parts, and other departments to support workflow continuity and aircraft delivery schedules
- Accurate completion of maintenance records, parts documentation, timecard entries, and regulatory paperwork
- Maintenance of shop safety standards, tool control, and ground support equipment
- Support of off-site maintenance activities and operational requirements as needed
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ideal candidate has 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience on PC-12, PC-24, or similar aircraft preferred, with 2 years experience within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License required; Inspection Authorization preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, maintenance documentation, and illustrated parts catalogs
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems including airframes, engines, hydraulics, avionics, and electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and root cause analysis skills for complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Experience performing aircraft operational checks, ground runs, and IFR certifications preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced maintenance environment and support operational priorities as required
