Assistant Tennis Coach

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tennis Coach with their own vehicle to provide high-quality tennis instruction across various communities in the Miami-Dade area. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, dependable, and comfortable traveling between different locations to work with players of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group tennis lessons at community courts, clubs, and residential facilities.
• Develop personalized training programs to improve players' technique, strategy, and performance.
• Work with youth and adult players, adapting lessons to their individual goals and skill levels.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic teaching environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, parents, and community coordinators.
• Travel between assigned locations within Miami-Dade County using your own reliable vehicle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tennis coach or instructor (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, strategy, and player development.
• Reliable transportation (car required) and willingness to travel between communities.
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sessions per day.
• Must be punctual, professional, and client-focused.
