Job Summary
Boutique Pilates studio opening in Jersey City Heights seeking part-time Pilates instructors to teach Mat, Barre, Strength, Pelvic Floor, and equipment-based sessions. Morning and evening availability preferred. Great opportunity to join a new studio and grow with the team.
Duties
- Mat Pilates
- Barre / Pilates with weights
- Strength & conditioning classes
- Pelvic floor focused classes
- Lead private or small-group sessions using Pilates equipment (Reformer, Chair, etc.)
- Provide safe, clear instruction for clients of varying levels
- Create an engaging and welcoming class environment
- Maintain professionalism and studio standards
Qualifications
- Pilates certification (Mat or Comprehensive) from a recognized program
- Experience teaching group classes
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement principles
- Ability to work with diverse clients including beginners and athletes
- Positive energy and strong communication skills
Preferred
- Comprehensive Pilates certification
- Experience teaching barre or strength-based Pilates classes
- Interest in pelvic floor or post-rehabilitation training
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
