Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pilates Instructor specializing in Reformer or Mat instruction. Located in Santa Barbara, CA, the Pilates Instructor will lead group classes, provide one-on-one sessions, and tailor exercises to meet the diverse needs of clientele. Additional responsibilities include monitoring participants’ progress, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming studio environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pilates Instruction, including Reformer or Mat techniques
- Experience in leading Group Exercise sessions and creating engaging class experiences
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles as they relate to movement and injury prevention
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Ability to teach and motivate clients of varying skill levels and fitness goals
- Relevant certifications in Pilates instruction or related fitness disciplines
- Passion for wellness, movement, and promoting healthy lifestyles
