Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager at Pilates Addiction will be supporting studios as they transition from Pre-Sale to our sustainable business model as an open studio. The RSM will be responsible for ensuring each new studio location meets membership and revenue goals during Pre-Sale, Soft Opening and Grand Opening. Position reports directly to the Director of Presale
Key Responsibilities
- Guide Franchisees and their new studios through the pre-sale sales plan
- Help new studios hit sales targets from pre-sale to two months post opening
- Advise on Presale, Soft Open, Grand Opening plans, community outreach and other business needs
- Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Studio Managers and studio staff, including the authority to recommend hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Review studio operations with the Studio Manager and the Franchise Owner
- Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
- Coach studios on Sales & Operations best-practices
- Oversee and optimize the use of CRM systems, ensuring accurate lead tracking, follow-up processes, and adherence to the Pilates Addiction sales model.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in analyzing franchisee business operations, identifying challenges, and implementing strategic solutions to improve profitability and performance.
- Develop and implement strategic changes related to staffing, lead conversion tactics, operational procedures, and business plans as needed.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker on business initiatives within the assigned territory, operating with minimal supervision.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales
- Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment in operational decision-making and strategic business planning.
- Proven ability to manage CRM systems, lead pipelines, and operational KPIs effectively.
- Pre-sale or launch experience in a fitness, retail, or service-based franchise environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with platforms such as ClubReady, MindBody, or comparable CRM/POS systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, in person, on the telephone and via electronic and written communications

- Ability to clearly communicate (spoken & written, including electronic formats)
- The ability to use phones, computers, tablets, and other devices for communication and data entry, generally requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to think and process information quickly, clearly and accurately; strong reasoning ability; able to deal calmly and logically with problems and people.
- Visual acuity to assess and review franchisee materials, marketing documentation, sales reports and other documents
