What You'll Do- Welcome every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Build relationships with prospective members and confidently sell memberships that fit their goals.
- Guide potential members through studio tours and answer questions about our services.
- Help retain members by creating an exceptional experience and building lasting connections.
- Assist members with scheduling, account questions, and studio policies.
- Promote and sell retail products.
- Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
- Become knowledgeable about all things Pilates Addiction and confidently share our brand and culture.
- Friendly, bubbly, and naturally enjoys talking with people.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and Pilates.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- A strong communicator who can build trust and relationships.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Experience using Mindbody or other scheduling software.
- A passion for fitness or Pilates (experience is a plus, but not required—we'll teach you!).
