We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and its services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide information about the hotel services, facilities, and policies.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
